REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY
Private Suite Collection® candles, wax melts, & sprays are made by hand. Refunds are on a case-by-case basis. If an item is damaged upon delivery, please send an email within 48 hours (along with pictures of the damaged items) for review. Currently, damaged items are only eligible to be exchanged for the same item. If it has been 48 hours since your delivery, unfortunately, an exchange cannot be issued.
Please Note: Private Suite Collection® is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once the tracking number has been issued, the customer assumes all responsibility for the package.
